Easy to use home for dummies (Edmund). The floorplan is open and gives him the option to walk around his home in a circle (square), with his bedroom in the center. Everything is within easy to reach spaces and clean enough that he doesn't trip. And, well, it's decorated for his guests, too. The plants are fake.
